If you wish to be seated at the Banquet with friends, you MUST mail all registration forms and payment together in one envelope along with a letter stating that you wish to be seated together. Tables seat 10 people each. No separate requests will be allowed either by mail or by phone. Cut off date for registration by mail is October 10, 2008.
